Where does the role data come from?
Insynode uses ESCO, the European Skills, Competences, Qualifications and Occupations classification maintained by the European Commission. It is the largest, most rigorously maintained, free, multilingual occupation and skills dataset in the world, covering thousands of real job roles.
What is pivot potential, and why should I care?
Pivot potential shows how your current skills overlap with other ESCO roles. A high overlap means many of your skills transfer directly to that role, helping you identify career moves you could make with minimal retraining. It is the killer feature when you don’t know exactly where to aim next, and the evidence pack when you do.
Is my data private?
Yes. All assessment data is saved locally in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server unless you explicitly click Share, Download, or Subscribe. You can clear all stored data at any time via your browser settings.
